You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You retain ownership of your data; by using our services, you grant us the license necessary to operate and improve them. You may export your data or delete your account at any time from Dashboard → Settings; see our Privacy Policy for details.
Payment and subscription
Fees for paid plans are billed according to the plan you choose. You may cancel or change your plan as described in your account settings. Refunds are subject to our refund policy.
Intellectual property
Numletive and our products, including software, design, and content, are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without permission.
Limitation of liability
Our services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms from time to time and will notify you of material changes. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or for other reasons as set out in our policies.
