Logged-in users can export all their data (account and workspace data) as a JSON file from Dashboard → Settings. You can permanently delete your account and associated data from the same page; if you are the only member of a workspace, that workspace and all its data are deleted. We retain data only as long as needed for the services described in this policy; import files and extracted text may be subject to configurable retention (e.g. 90 days). For export or delete requests by other means, contact us.
